The Care Assistant role

Not your average first job

Most entry roles put you in a box. The Care Assistant role doesn't. And it's all local.

Active, not desk-bound

No screen, no office. As a Care Assistant you're out in your local community every day, moving, talking, helping. Every visit is different.

Qualifications built in

Full training from day one. Then the option to work towards a Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification, on the job, no upfront cost, no career break needed.

Everything is local

Your Clients are in the same area you live in. Most Care Assistants travel 10-15 minutes between visits. No long commutes, no wasted hours on the road.

Your rota, your life

Studying, another commitment, or just life? We build your schedule around your availability. And because your Clients are local, there's no unpredictable travel throwing your day off.

Real independence

You manage your own visits. You're trusted to do the job well, not watched over every minute. There's genuine freedom in how you work each day.

A career that goes somewhere

Care Assistant is a genuine entry point into health and social care. Senior carer, nursing, social work: the NHS values this experience. It's a real career start, not just a job.

"Supportive, ongoing training, lovely clients. From interview to training everyone was so supportive and still are, from management to colleagues and buddies there is always someone there to support you and answer questions.

Clients are amazing and it is so nice that your company, making their dinner etc. can make their day, you can have lots of giggles with them to,some days you can take them out to lunch or garden centre, appointment.

Training is ongoing either at the office or online."
