Hi, I'm Tanya. I joined Right at Home in Bishop's Stortford and Braintree in August 2022 as a Care Recruiter, and it's a role I genuinely love.

My job is to meet people where they are: having those first conversations, answering questions honestly, and guiding great candidates through the early stages of becoming a Carer in their local community.

I know starting something new can feel daunting. I love making that part easier, taking the time to listen, and making sure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process.
